Select the intended change
Cover the relevant object or area, including traces that should change with it. Leave enough unselected context to explain the surrounding scene.
Inspect boundaries and texture
Look at the border of the edited region and then its interior. A smooth boundary is not enough if the new geometry or texture does not make sense.

Let the region description identify the target
Name the object and its related traces in Region to change. The native worker creates the selection from those words; a painted draft mask is not used by this connection.
For the displayed recolor, the recorded region is “boat. reflection of the boat.” The hull becomes red, but the reflected underside remains very dark. Inspect both before accepting an edit.

Let the prompt express content
The replacement instruction should describe the surface, object, or scene that should appear. Removal can still need a positive description of what becomes visible.
For a patterned surface, mention continuity and perspective. For a new object, describe its material, scale, and relationship to the surrounding light.

Evaluate the result at two scales
First review the whole image to see whether the edit belongs. Then inspect the region at a useful detail scale for seams, repeated fragments, or incorrect perspective.
If the same defect persists, revisit the input and region description instead of adding increasingly contradictory instructions to the prompt.

Should the region describe only the object?
Include related shadows or reflections when those traces should change too. Keep useful surroundings outside the intended selection.
Why does a removed object leave an odd patch?
The replacement may not match the surrounding texture, light or structure. Review the region description and state what should continue there.
Does this page submit an inpainting job?
No. It explains the workflow and links to the existing Studio; the public page does not process uploaded media.
